White Rock Lake & Northeast Dallas

White Rock Lake gives this part of Dallas something no other neighbourhood has: a genuinely used outdoor amenity at its centre. The ten-mile loop around the lake draws people every morning, and the streets immediately around it are correspondingly desirable. The Peninsula — the land between the lake and the eastern approach — is the most tightly held part of it.
